    • Authors will be notified of acceptance via emailby August 7, 2017, at which time they will also be sent detailed instructions for thepreparation of their papers for the Conference Proceedings.
  • AFTER AUGUST 6 — Registration Opens
  • OCTOBER 2-5 — Conference Dates
    • October 2 — Opening Tutorial Lectures at the Coordinated Science Lab,University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
    • October 3-5 — Conference Sessions at the University of Illinois Allerton Park& Retreat Center.
  • OCTOBER 7 — Final Paper Deadline
    • Final versions of papers that are presentedat the conference must be submitted electronically in order to appear in theConference Proceedings and 鶹ýӳ Xplore.

VENUE

The Allerton House is located 26 miles southwest of theUrbana-Champaign campus of the University of Illinois in a wooded area on the Sangamon River. It is part of the 1,500 acre Robert Allerton Park, a complexof natural and man-made beauty designated as a National natural landmark.Allerton Park has 20 miles of well-maintained trails and a living gallery offormal gardens, studded with sculptures collected from around the world.

INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

Regular papers suitable for presentation in 20minutes are solicited. Regular papers will be published in full (subject to a maximumlength of eight 8.5” x 11” pages, in two column format) in the Conference Proceedings.Only papers that are actually presented at the conference and uploaded as finalmanuscripts can be included in the proceedings, which will be available after theconference on 鶹ýӳ Xplore. For reviewing purposes of papers, a title and a five toten page extended abstract, including references and sufficient detail to permitcareful reviewing, are required.
