ITW 2020: Upcoming Paper Submission Deadline
The 2020 Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Information Theory Workshop (ITW) will be held in Riva del Garda from 11–15, April 2021. Plenary speakers include Andrea Montanari, Andreas Krause, Emina Soljanin, Gabor Lugosi, Giuseppe Caire and Nina Balcan. Paper submission is currently open and the submission deadline is September 30.
Virtual participation to the conference will be guaranteed for safety reasons related to the COVID pandemic.

2020 Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Information Theory Workshop (ITW)

Scope
The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Information Theory Workshop, a flagship conference of the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Information Theory Society, is a forum for technical exchange among scientists and engineers working on the several aspects of information theory. Every edition emphasizes a number of related topics that information theory impacts. Original contributions are solicited in all areas of coding and information theory, as well as in the interface between Information Theory and the following topics:

• Statistics, Learning, and Deep Neural Networks
• Quantum Computing and Coding
• Coding for Computation and Learning
• Queuing Theory
• Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies
• Computational and Synthetic Biology
Originally planned for September 2020, the conference has been postponed to April 2021.


Submission Ìý
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation and publication. Accepted and presented technical papers will be published in the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ ITW 2020 Conference Proceedings and submitted to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Xplore. All papers should be submitted via EDAS. Submitted manuscripts should provide sufficient details of the research allowing reviewers to assess the originality and authenticity of the work. If full proof cannot be accommodated within the limit of 5 pages, the authors can publicize the supplementary material which can be openly accessed, and provide the specific reference.Ìý
